The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein from entertaining any request for change of patta from the Respondents 5 to 7 herein inrespect of the lands covered in Old Survey No.115/5 and new Survey No. 115/1 in 2/5

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that any application with regard to the subject property will not be entertained till the disposal of the suit.
