[Made by S. M. SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The present writ appeal has been instituted challenging the order dated 09.01.2026 passed in W.M.P.No.1157 of 2026 in W.P.No.960 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the said writ petition has been withdrawn from the file of the writ Court.

3. That being the factum, the cause of action no longer survives and therefore, the Writ Appeal stands closed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
