Contempt Petition No.745 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J gm Additional Public Prosecutor that the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.7 of 2023. When the same was verified, the First Information Report did not pertain to the present case.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submitted that due to oversight, the crime number has been wrongly stated and the correct crime number is Cr.No.14 of 2023 and a copy of the First Information Report was also furnished to learned counsel for petitioner.
