Seeking a direction to the respondent to renew the business license issued in License Code No.09-123-00147/2016-17, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the application seeking renewal of licence to run the restaurant has been received along with requisite fees.
