This case is taken up through video conferencing. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Bharatha Chakravarthy, learned Public Prosecutor (Puduchery) for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2017 was completed and since the parties had arrived at a compromise, further action was dropped and closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Puduchery, on 13.07.2019.

Mr.Venkatesan Kesavalu, learned counsel for the second respondent/de facto complainant also submitted that the matter has been amicably settled.

In view of the above, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Connected Crl.M.P.No.2421 of 2018 is closed. 14.08.2020 nsd 2/4
