ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to provide adequate police protection in and around the petitioner's factory premises to ensure safe ingrees and egress on men and materials. 2.

It is seen that this Court by an order dated 10.02.2025, directed the first respondent to provide adequate police protection for ingress and egress of vehicles and people from in and out of the petitioner company and further vacate the trespassing workmen assembling illegally in any form within the radius of 500 meters from the petitioner's Company premises, situated at No.RNS1, Renault Nissan supplier park, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District-602 105.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the interim order passed by this Court has been complied with.

In view of the above submission, if any representation submitted by the petitioner for seeking protection from the second respondent, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
