PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to supersede the Board of Directors of the fourth respondent society and appoint an administrator for the 4th respondent society and appoint an administrator for the 4th respondent society as functioning of the 4th respondent society is contrary to Article 243 ZJ, 243 ZK, 243 ZM, 243 ZN, 243 ZO and 243 ZP of Constitution of India For Petitioner : Ms.Veera Thulasi For Mr.D.Soundar Raj For Respondents For R1 : NRN For R3 : Ms. Ranganayaki Additional Government Pleader For R4 to R9 : Mr.L.Chandrakumar O RDER Ms.Veera Thulasi, learned representing counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
