Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the Third Respondent herein in its proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 6215/2019/A2 dated 06.02.2020 and quash the same as arbitrary, ultravires and illegal and consequently direct the Third Respondent herein to maintain status-quo regarding revenue records in respect of the lands of the Petitioner herein Patta bearing No.637, comprised in S.No.46/1A2 & S.No. 46/1B1 situated at Panchekshipuram Village, Denkanikottai, of Hosur Taluk, attached to the Village Panchayat limits of Machanayakanapalli and Union council of Hosur Krishnagiri District.

When it is pointed out that the order which is impugned in the Writ Petition is merely a show cause notice and the Petitioner could be aggrieved only when a final decision entailing adverse civil consequences to the Petitioner is taken as an ultimate outcome of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to challenge the final order, if aggrieved by the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
