JUDGEMENT This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant/accused No.2 against the order dated 26.09.2013 passed in C.C.No.5 of 2006 on the file of XI Additional Special Judge, for CBI Cases, Chennai.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant died on 18.12.2015 and he has also produced the copy of the death certificate with regard to the same.
