This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order of the learned VII Judge, Court of Small Causes, dated 30.01.2015 and made in RCA.No.596 of 2007, confirming the order dated 19.09.2007 made by the learned XI Judge, Court of Small Causes in R.C.O.P.No.794 of 2005.

2. Both sides counsel represented through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he also undertakes to send e-mail to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
