(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for the records relating to detention order, dated 29.12.2016, passed in S.C.No.69/2016, by the detaining authority against the detenu, by name Suresh, aged 35, Son of Veeran, residing at D.No.31, Kuppaimettu Street, Oldpettai, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri Taluk and Krishnagiri District and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented to the effect that the detention order in question has already been quashed by way of passing G.O. Rt.No.598, dated 06.02.2017 and a copy of the same is submitted for perusal of the Court and this Court has perused the same and ultimately, found that the detention order in question has already been quashed. 3.Since the detention order in question has already been quashed, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
