This petition is filed to dispense with production of certified copy of the common order dated 10.04.2014 made in M.C.O.P.No.221 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Hosur.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner from the production of certified copy of the common order dated 10.04.2014 made in M.C.O.P.No.221 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Hosur, for the present and directed to produce a copy of the impugned order in M.C.O.P.No.221 of 2012 dated 10.04.2014 within a period of three months from the date of this order.
