This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 11.04.2106 and file charge sheet expeditiously in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter is seized of by the Revenue Divisional Officer u/s 145 Cr.P.C. and hence, no positive direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted.
