ORDER

There appears to be some confusion on the entitlement of the petitioners qua quantum. As seen from the order passed in the writ petition, it is a matter to be decided by the Labour Court on an application to be filed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners under Section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes

Act, 1947.
