This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register First Information Report based on the petitioner's Complaint dated 19.05.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.92 of 2016 is pending. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police are directed to enquire into both the complaints and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petitions may be closed under intimation to the petitioner and the opposite party. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
