This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order made in TNMC/DC-No.4/2019 dated 12.12.2019 of the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to conduct the fresh enquiry by giving personal hearing to the petitioner duly adhering the principles of natural justice. 2.

When the matter was listed on 07.06.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 10.06.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 10.06.2024, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
