ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the Anticipatory Bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode by order dated 27.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2884 of 2025.

2. The present application has been filed on the ground that the respondents have violated the bail conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, in the aforesaid order.

3. However the learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that no application has been filed before the concerned Court seeking cancellation of bail on the alleged violation.

4. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the present application liable to be closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court by

filing an appropriate application for cancellation of bail. If such an application is filed, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, is directed to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
