ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the notice dated 10.12.2019, issued by the 2 nd Respondent demanding scheduled/ reverse fee in respect of the Petitioner's fabrication business at No.1,265, Kamaraj Salai, Periya Mathur, Chennai - 600 068, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to carry on his business of fabrication on receipt of appropriate licence fee.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

Learned standing counsel appearing for respondents Corporation submitted that the petitioner has paid all the reverse fee and has a licence as on date and there are no arrears or rental amounts pending against the petitioner. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
