Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of impugned Notification No. 2014/2020/A4 dated 11.02.2021 published in the daily Maalai Malar dated 16.02.2021 issued by the Fourth Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith stop the public auction insofar as the 142 shops of Daily Vegetable Market situated in the Arcot Municipality and to handover the existing shops to the present members without auction at the prevailing market rates or PWD rates whichever is higher.
