2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition for two weeks within a short span of time, present petition is filed.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30.a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
