Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the order dated 07.08.2015 of the Respondent in respect of the car of the petitioner as set out in the Schedule hereunder to the petition and quash the same. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the order dated 07.08.2015 of the Respondent in respect of the car of the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2013 is almost completed and the respondent police have only to file final report.

3. It is seen that in respect of Crime No.5 of 2013 the car bearing Reg.No.TN-06-S0003 of the petitioner has been seized by the respondent Police. As such against the said order, the petitioner has filed this petition. The learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Advocate has submitted that investigation is almost completed and respondent have only to file final report. Therefore, at this stage the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. As such this writ petition is devoid of merits.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
