ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated dated 02.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.35741 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the order of this Court dated 02.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.35741 of 2023 has been complied with. He has filed the copy of the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by the respondent on the petitioner's representation, wherein it is stated that suit is pending with regard to the subject property.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law against the order passed by the respondent, if he is aggrieved with the same.
