ORDER

In the order passed in W.P.No.4967 of 2022 dated 01.06.2023, I had directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2022.

2.It is now reported by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent that they have sent a communication dated 21.06.2025 to the petitioner herein, seeking for certain documents justifying the claim made in her representation and that they would extend an opportunity to the petitioner before final orders are passed. 3.Recording the said submission, I am of the view that the disobedience alleged against the respondents may not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The 2/4

contemnor is called upon to pass final orders, pursuant to the communication dated 21.06.2025, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, atleast within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
