ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.24517 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 05.11.2024. On going through the same, it is seen that the petitioner has been permitted to retire from service.
