This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a complaint on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.08.2015 within a time frame fixed by this Court under supervision of the first respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.08.2015, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.401/2015, before the second respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
