ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to register the document viz. Returned document No.TP/82946835/2019 dated 30.12.2019 of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The petitioner presented the deed of conveyance for registration before the first respondent. However, it was kept pending for the reason that the second respondent raised objections for registration of the deed of conveyance in respect of the property comprised in survey No.601 situated at Kallipalayam Village totally admeasuring 14.6 acres.

3. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and conduct enquiry after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders either to register the above document or to reject the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
