This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this court in W.P.No.26259 of 2016 dated 28.07.2016, as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.Pn.1249 of 2018 the Contempt of Court Act.

2. The respondents filed counter affidavit stating that in compliance of the directions of this court, they paid all the terminal benefits to the writ petitioner and prayed to close the contempt petition.

3. In the light of the above statement made by the respondents that they settled all the terminal benefits to the petitioner, as per the direction of this court, this contempt application is closed. No costs.
