2. Mr.V.P.R.Elamparithi, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner is running a typewriting institute in Mecheri and M.Kalipatti and earning more than Rs.10,000/- per month.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner denies the same.

4. In view thereof, let the counter affidavit be filed in this regard.
