When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that all the required witnesses had already been placed before the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, for consideration. 2.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in S.C.No.134 of 2014 by calling the relevant documents, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
