PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings taken by the 5th respondent - Special Officer, and the Impugned Order dt 13.12.2010 passed by the 5th respondent and to quash the impugned order dated 13.12.2010 and further direct the respondents to pay the subsistence allowance payable to him as per orders dated 30.04.2002 passed by the Labour Deputy Commissioner, Salem in subsistence allowance case No. 27/2000.

By the order impugned in this Writ Petition, the Special Officer of CoOperative Society has claimed interest on the amount of loss caused by the petitioner. As against the said order of the Co-Operative Society, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable.
