Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25499 of 2024, dated 18.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
