The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.12.2023, for the offences registered under Sections 8(c), r/w 22(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.669 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. It is stated that the petitioner along with other accused were in possession of 7.400 kgs of ganja chocolate. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate( crl side) submitted that A2 in this case is still absconding. He further submitted that investigation is still pending.
