This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.3 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.14450 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22351 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.14450 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22351 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
