This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29249 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and thereafter shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
