Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to cancel the notice dated 29.12.2020 and 02.02.2021 issued by the third respondent to the petitioner herein pertaining to the leased property located at T.S.No.323 Door No.25, C.N.A.Road, Khaderpet, Vaniyambadi and consequently restraining respondents 3 to 8 from interfering in any manner with the peaceful enjoyment of the petitioner in the aforesaid property.
