O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to expedite the enquiry pending in C.S.R.No.291 of 2023 dated 16.11.2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor sought for two weeks time to complete the enquiry.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.291 of 2023, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
