ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous and no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect which reads as under:

"The 3rd Respondent in the above writ petition has already retired, hence no relief could be granted against him. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is withdrawn by the petitioner and the same may be dismissed as infructuous."

2. The above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner was not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
