This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 02.09.2021 passed in CMA No.1573 of 2018. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application that inadvertently in the operative portion of the order dated 02.09.2021, this Court had directed the appellant to seek refund of the deposit of the amount by filing appropriate application before the respondent/Corporation instead of Employees Insurance Court (The Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Chennai).

2.Accordingly, this Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application seeking for modification of this Court's order dated 02.09.2021.

3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. 4.The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy to the respective parties. 28.11.2023 ssr Note:Issue Order Copy on 01.12.2023.
