The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the Online Application dated 14.12.2022 sent by the petitioner for transferring the Patta from the name of her husband viz., Jayakumar to and in her name in respect of the lands measuring an extent of 3.00 acres in S.F.No.127/1C, situated at Karadivavi Village, Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. In respect of property at S.F.No.127/1C, the petitioner got the same by way of settlement from his husband, therefore in order to transfer the patta in her name, the petitioner had given an online application on 14.12.2022 followed by a representation dated 13.01.2023 and in order to consider the said application and to pass necessary orders thereon within a time frame on merits, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.

3. Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent who would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and decided on merits within a time 2/4

frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 14.12.2022 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
