Application Nos.895, 896, 897 & 1328 of 2021 in O.P.No.852 of 2015 V.PARTHIBAN.,J The Application in A.No.895 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 1748 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Mr.V.Indrajith; the Application in A.No.896 of 2021 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Mr.V.Indrajith; A.No.897 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the above named respondents as legal heirs of deceased V.Indrajith and the Application in A.No.1328 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the above named respondents as legal heirs of the deceased Mrs.Manjula Raghunathkumar.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavits, despite the extraordinary delay in filing the Applications. All the four petitions stand ordered as prayed for. 26.07.2021 mrm Note: Office is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the grounds of appeal.
