Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the first respondent orders in G.O.(D) No.352, Higher Education (F2) Department, dated 22.12.2022 and G.O.(D) No.357, Higher Education (F2) Department, dated 30.12.2022 and quash the same, and consequently direct the first respondent allow the petitioner to retire from service and disburse the pensionary benefits with a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
