Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records, pertaining to the impugned letter in Ref.SAMB/CLO III/2471, dated 06.02.2014, issued by the respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent Bank to receive the balance sale amount of Rs.14,18,000/- with simple interest from the petitioner for her bid in e-auction in ID.No.45198, in respect of the property, ie., Residential Property, having an extent of 1202.5 Sq.Ft., of land, comprised in S.F.No.60/1A, with two storied building measuring 1795 Sq.Ft., situated at Door No.2/A, Valliammai Street, Pallikonda in Vellore District and conclude the bid in favour of the petitioner only, within a reasonable time.
