Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the entire records connected with the impugned charge memo of the 3rd respondent passed vide Na.Ka.No.34734/Nir 5-3/2011 dated 4.1.2012 and consequential proceeding of dismissal of the petitioner from service by the impugned proceeding of the 2nd respondent passed vide Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No. 4887/Nir 5-3/2012 dated 23.06.2014 and quash the
same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential and attendant benefits with continuity of service and disburse the all terminal and pensionary benefits to the petitioner in view of her attainment of age of superannuation on 31.5.2015.
