Since A.No.5352 of 2024 has already been allowed by my predecessor on 21.10.2024 itself, registry need not list the said application on the next hearing date.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of the order dated 21.10.2024 passed in A.No.5352 of 2024. 3.Since this Court is going to take up the main O.Ps for final disposal, there is no necessity for this Court to hear Arb.Appln.
