Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 29.06.2016 in accordance with the directions given by the second respondent to the fourth respondent dated 11.07.2016 within a time as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose his representation dated 29.06.2016 in accordance with the directions given by the second respondent to the fourth respondent dated 11.07.2016 within a time as may be stipulated by this Court.
2.The case of the petitioner is that they being the renowned Association has been functioning for helping the downtrodden people and they are the absolute owners of the property in respect of Hec.15.34.0 areas situated at Kaliyampoondi Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. They are in possession and enjoyment of the same and the Government has also issued Patta No.301 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the said lands. While this is so, they came to know that a patta has been issued in the name of one Mrs.Rejina Devaki, the fifth respondent herein for major part of the land belongs to us. Therefore, they approached the Sub Collector, Kancheepuram, the second respondent herein to conduct an enquiry and to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent. In this regard, the second respondent has also passed an order on 11.07.2016 directing the Tahsildar, Uthiramerur Taluk, the fourth
respondent herein to conduct an enquiry in respect of the complaint given by them. But till date the same has not been complied with. In this regard, they made a representation dated 29.06.2016. Finding no response, they are before this Court seeking the above prayer.
3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 sought eight weeks time to conduct proper enquiry as per direction issued by the second respondent on 11.07.2016.
4.This Court, recording her statement, hereby directs the Tahsildar, fourth respondent herein to comply with the order dated 11.07.2016 issued by the Sub Collector, Kancheepuram District, second respondent herein and do the needful within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
