No.731 of 2013 V.SIVAGNANAM, J The learned counsel for the appellant has brought to the notice of this Court that in the entire order dated 21.12.2021 in Crl.A.No.731 of 2013, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Sessions Court, Erode" instead of "Sessions Court, Cuddalore". Hence, the case is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the appellant, in the entire order dated 21.12.2021 in Crl.A.No.731 of 2020, it shall be read as follows:

" Sessions Court, Cuddalore" instead of "Sessions Court, Erode".
