3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise in order and post on 28.02.2020 for admission.
