This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15888 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25116 of 2024, dated 15.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15888 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25116 of 2024, dated 15.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
