This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 13.04.2015 and investigate the same.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC1. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
