1. This WMP is filed to restore the above writ petition, which was dismissed for non prosecution, by order dated 03.11.2023.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this WMP. The Petitioner has shown sufficient cause for his non appearance on the date when the WP was dismissed for non prosecution. Hence, this WMP is allowed, as prayed for.
